In the event of a power outage, the curtains will stop in their last state. Once the power is restored or the connection is restored, they can be operated manually using a traditional remote control or through the app/voice assistant after the internet connection is restored.If a battery backup solution is available, it will be stated in the packaging.
How do I connect/set up with Alexa/Google Assistant/Apple HomeKit/Samsung?
A:Download and install the official app.
Add the device in the app → Follow the instructions to enter network pairing mode.
Scan or search for the device in Alexa/Google/HomeKit/SmartThings.
Authorize and name it, such as "living room curtains."

Is installation difficult? I've never installed a curtain track before. Can I install it myself?
The installation instructions are included with the product/available for download in the app/website. Generally, two adults or one person can complete the installation.If you have a special track or wall structure, we recommend hiring a professional.
